I think you may well be off by a significant margin. On the day I collected my wife’s 6S there were half a dozen other people there getting or collecting battery replacements. That would have had to be a freakishly busy day in a small Apple store for your numbers to work.

Update: and now we have a figured, albeit rumoured: 11m repairs.
